TitleMarch 13: Plants and insects
I always pay attention to what I see, plants or insects. They regularly only occur in the Mediterranean area, but there are also well-known species that we also know in the Netherlands. There is not much tourism on the coast yet, it is still too cold.

TitleMarch 15: In the hills
As of today we are in a house in the hills on the south side. Today's photos from the nearby area. The Asian stone partridge is a beautiful bird, and it likes to be seen. At a distance, 50 meters in this case.

TitleMarch 17: Kalamafka
We go for a walk at the Kalamafka Bridge, along the stream from the village of Kalamafka. A beautiful walk through a rural area. We had a nice meal at a local restaurant. They had already spotted our cars!

TitleMarch 19: Looking for more plants
We take another tour over the rough landscape of Crete. After a bird visit at our house, most of the photos are of plants, including orchids.
